Reigning in Leadership

Who I Am
My name is Alia Stewart. I am Miss Lincoln Prairie 2026 and the founder of Reigning in Leadership. I currently serve as the Director of Student Engagement and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Liaison at Blackburn College, where I mentor and supervise student leaders across campus.
Through my work in higher education, pageantry, and community leadership, I have dedicated my career to empowering young women to step into their confidence and lead with intention.
My Why
I created Reigning in Leadership because I know how it feels to question your voice. As a young woman navigating chronic illness, anxiety, and leadership roles at an early age, I learned that confidence is not something you are born with. It is something you build. Today, I help young women do exactly that.
Why Authenticity Matters
Authenticity is the foundation of confident leadership. When young women feel empowered to show up as themselves, without comparison or hesitation, they lead more effectively. The communicate more clearly and create meaningful impact in their communities. Reigning in Leadership is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more of who you already are.
